Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Propel and the services we provide. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

By accessing or using Propel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Propel is operated by Propel Technologies, Inc.("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Description of Service

Propel is a social media management and scheduling platform that allows users to draft, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and Bluesky.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Subscription and Billing

Propel offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increases take effect.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Propel to:

  • ×Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • ×Publish spam, misleading content, or deceptive advertising
  • ×Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or third parties
  • ×Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • ×Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • ×Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our consent
  • ×Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Propel Technologies, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create, draft, or publish using the Service. By using Propel, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Third-Party Integrations

Propel integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propel Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
